Hair Dye Answers

I’m dyeing my hair black with red tips. Ive heard about Manic Panic’s product but they’re only semi-permanent. About how long would the amplified version last (pillarbox red)?
Are there any other permanent products that would look great & last long for a bright unnatural red?

i really want to get the Flashlightning kit by Manic Panic to bleach sections in the front of my hair.
At the moment, my hairs pretty dark brown & i’ve heard that the bleach kit by MP is pretty good for lifting color.
i’m in the UK at the moment in the South East, i was wondering if there were any actual shops i can buy it at?
i know they have a website but i don’t want to get it online.
if not, could anyone recommend a really good bleaching kit that i could use to make the sections in my hair a really white blonde color in just a few sittings?
i know, its really bad for your hair, so please don’t lecture me on that, but i’m impatient & dont want to have to go through the orange/yellow stages.
i don’t have a budget as such, so any good kits would be nice :]
but that doesnt mean you can say “just go to a hairdresser”
too much hassle + i want to do it myself because i know what i want, & hairdressers sometimes make mistakes.

I was wondering if somebody could give me tips on how i could dye my light blonde hair useing Manic Panic Vampire red, without the color fadeing so quickly. I need tips on how to keep the color stay strong also.

I want to dye my hair ( I really want to test out different colors & see what works best) However, my hair is dark dark brown (many times mistaken for black) & I was wondering if I used the Manic Panic Bleach Kit, is that permanent? Or is it washable? I know, stupid question. But that would be really ridiculous if the dye washed out & the bleach didn’t.
