Hair Dye Answers

okay so i dyed it purple but i want it to last longer cuz im like majorly in love with it. but idk wat to do to make it last longer. & i dont wanna bleach my hair cuz i dnt have any blach & also cuz my mom would kill me D: ANY HELP?

I dyed my hair two months ago light brown , my natural hair color is dark brown now the difference is greater then i expected now that the roots are coming in . Could i redye my hair dark brown so i wouldnt have to go through the root process with a colour that looks very different from my own & not end up with a mixture of both dyes & give my hair a yucky colour?

I’m dyeing my hair black with red tips. Ive heard about Manic Panic’s product but they’re only semi-permanent. About how long would the amplified version last (pillarbox red)?
Are there any other permanent products that would look great & last long for a bright unnatural red?

I went to a hairdresser in the CBD today & asked if they had green hair dye & she showed me the different colours of Fudge hair dye they had & she told me they didnt have the green one anymore. And then she told me that it would’ve only lasted 3 or 4 washes in my hair anyway, since I would have to get it bleached before applying it.
Is this true? And does this apply with Manic Panic/Special Effects? And if I’m not mistaken.. Fudge hair dye is just semi-permanent, isn’t it? Is Manic Panic & Special Effects semi-permanent as well? How long does it last?
Also, can someone suggest places in Sydney where I can get my hair done professionally [they have to have green hair dye too].

I dye my hair alot, at the hairdressers, but i am sick of paying 200 dollars a session, its money we definately cant afford
so i got a permanant hair colour packet mix, garnier, & my natural hair colour is a dark ash blonde, with some old highlights, anyway to died it & it looked really good, & now i have a had a shower, & the rich mahogany has gone a lighter, redder pinker colour, aka, its completely washed out
I just washed it with organic shampoo, & then some garnier colour last conditioner which they reccommend, & i use anyway. i followed the intructions to the letter, & i didnt wash my hair 2 days prior
anyway, what do i do, i love having drk hair, it makes me look really good, i hate my natural hair colour, so how do i dye it & not have it wash out in the first wash
btw i wash with cold water

I got my hair done about a week before summer ended.They had to bleach some parts of my hair on top to put platinum blonde, & they dyed the bottom light brown.
Well now I either want REALLY dark brown with carmal chunks or platinum blonde small chunks.
I’m not sure if their gonna have to bleach it again, but is it okay to dye/bleach my hair again?

I need some hair tips on how to keep hair dye last longer. I know don’t wash it everyday, & i even heard use coffee ground when washing your hair to keep the colour last longer. (for brunettes)
what are some other things i can try?
Baby powder before bed? anything with Vaseline? Please hurry. i have a week & my hair product just fades.

It’s a bright vibrant color for a couple weeks, then washes out to a less saturated color. After a month or so it’s still quite apparent but not very striking.

I highlighted my hair & it’s to light, I want to reverse the color & want a natural looking, permanent brown that doesn’t fade to a reddish tint, anyone know what I should use?
