Hair Dye Answers

i want to make my green eyes look greener & heard that wearing green clothes work,but was wondering if dye your hair green will do the same, im planning on dying my hair & want to do green, but also want to know what other colors will make my eyes look greener

I have a pale face but everywhere else is tan-ish.
DON’T say black i did that twice & in was a terrible mistake.. ( Natural hair color is blonde)
I want to dye my hair a new color but can’t decide on what color.
