Hair Dye Answers

I bought a color that I really love & only bought one box, when I went back it was all sold out so I bought the same color but another brand. there are no warnings about it on the box, do you think its safe?

I have natural red hair & would like to add a diferent colored extension to give it the dyed tips look.would this work? if so, what color should i used? i was thinking lighter red, blonde or black.

also, i dyed my hair red with semi-permanent hair dye in mid-late march, am i safe to lighten it yet?

i have brown hair (its not light brown but its not too too dark either) & i want to either dye it bleach blonde or strawberry blonde. when i was in 6th grade my mom let me get hilights but i dont know if shes going to let me dye my whole head. any ways to convince her to let me bleach it?? i realllllly want to dye my hair before i go into high school in september it would be a really cool way to start off high school..

do i do the top first or the bottom first?
can i do them both at the same time?
also can you reccomend any brands for hair dye?

I want to do black & the tips some other colour (blonde, or something funky). How should I go about this? My hair’s a medium brown right now, & I want to make sure that the colours come out right. Also, with layered hair, would I use foil for the ends of the layers? Thanks!

I am a natural redhead & I’d like to dye my hair using Manic Panic’s Shocking Blue hair dye. Do I need to bleach it first or do you think it would take the color without me having to dye it?

I wanna dye my hair a different color & some people say yes it would look good & others say no its terrible.
Is there a website that allows you see yourself with different hair color? And be accurate as possible.
I just wanna see how I would look before I probably make a mistake by dying my hair.

so right now i’ve got a so-called “scene” reverse bob haircut. lots of layers, & its brown with blond underneath (only in the front). i want to dye my hair in a crazy pattern or something.
i’ve already had coontails, & cant get them back because every single freaking person at my school now has them [bah, i'm such a trendsetter!] so i was going to dye it like some other pattern. tiger stripes, leopard spots… something i can do on the blond thats underneath my natural hair color (brown). please send pics & ideas!
