Hair Dye Answers

My hair is black & I was wondering how much it would cost to dye my hair tips white?

Question says it all. I have black hair. First time bleaching, yes I will do it at a professional. I just wanna know the price of it all when I bleach & dye. Also will my hair drop out?

i want like just the tips dyed some crazy color like electric blue =) i called my hair salon but i couldn’t understand the lady who i was speaking with. so how much would it cost? the salon is regis by the way.
