Bleached Hair Turned Back To Orignial Color?
I bleached my hair & then dyed it purple. But then i went in the pool… bad mistake. It was permanent purple hair dye from hot topic. But know my previoulsy bleached & then purplified hair is turning the same ugle brown its always been!!! why is this… it makeds me so sad… i didnt hink it was possible for bleached hair to turn brown again… i thought if anythign it would turn blonde & i could just dye it again…

That is so weird. It should be impossible.
Are you SURE it was completely beached? No strands underneath?
What a silly question, I’m sure you would have noticed. But that’s so weird.
Only thing I can think of is purple + green (blonde + chlorine= greenish) = brownish color.
Google some ways to get green out of blond hair & try that.

The purple pigment is hard to maintain. It has colored your hair & gone “drab”. The red pigments are the first to go, which are required with blue to remain purple. If it doesn’t fade, you may have to use a de-colorizer, found at Sally Beauty (just ask for it).
