I Have Black Hair, And Want To Dye The Tips Of It Blonde?

i want temporary hair dye in like a stick which u would apply eye liner with.
could i have some advice n where to buy it from or any other info plz?
P.S. im a 14 year boy

    I don’t think you should do the tips blonde… just doesn’t sound right.

    Japan actually sells those. I have black hair, & I have gotten blonde tips before. Don’t do it. It doesn’t look that nice at all. Try something else like fire engine red tips. Trust me, black & red combo is hot.

    youre looking for “hair mascara”. you can go to any beauty supply store like sally’s & they should carry it (hot topic might too but not sure).
