Dark Brown Hair, Dye Light Blue Streak, Bleach?

I have brown-dark brown hair, & I really just want one light blue streak (permanent). I wanna do it myself, & I don’t know much about it, but from what I’ve researched it looks like I have to buy the dye but bleach my hair first? What does that mean?

there are specific kits for bleaching your hair. go to a beauty store & ask them about it, they should be able to tell u whatever u need to know.

if you want one small blue streak it is actually very easy to do. Go & get a bleaching kit but when you mix it only mix a small amount in a bowl so you can save the rest for later. Section off your hair have your piece of hair ready & take a peice of foil as close as you can to the root under that section that you want to bleach. paint on color making sure that you are not going off the foil. Fold foil in half to cover hair. Let sit & process. rinse wash & dry find blonde section & but on blue dye the same way with the foil let process & boom! you got it. any more? redtwizmania@hotmail.com
